Family and Community

At Persistive we recognise how important history can be to your family and community identity. We can help you discover more and explore the events and people who have helped to create the world you live in today. Through understanding your requirements, careful research and engaging presentation we can produce a package that will inform and entertain you. We can produce the facts and information you are seeking in a file or presentation that you can keep, refer to and show to others in years to come. Alternatively, we can take your family or community to the locations that have had an effect on your history, whether in this country or further afield.

The Persistive Team are specialists in military history.  We can research a military ancestor or relative on your behalf and put together a comprehensive pack that presents how they lived, where they fought, how and why thy died and there last resting place. The information will be presented in a file for you to keep and refer to and can also be delivered as a visual presentation so your whole family can experience it at the same time. For your wider community we can assist in researching the losses sustained in Two World Wars as represented on your local memorials. We can also research events or individuals of military significance from your local area and explain the events that surrounded and affected them.

Why not take one step further and allow Persistive to take you the locations and sites that had a significant effect on members of your family or community. We can show you where they lived trained and prepared for war and even where they fought in the skies or off the coast of the UK. Thousands of servicemen and women of both World Wars are buried or commemorated in this country - let us take you there and explain circumstances that led to their loss. Or we can help you to follow in their footsteps across Europe, and understand the events that took them there and carried them along. Our team can explain the battles they fought and the environment they experienced. And, as was the case with so many, if they fell in Europe we will take you on a personal pilgrimmage to their last resting place.
